What is your delivery window for local orders?
We offer same-day delivery for local urban orders placed before 1:00 PM. All other orders are shipped via express courier and typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find a field to enter a custom message, which we will hand-write on a premium MUD Urban Flowers card at no extra cost.
Do you offer subscriptions for home or office?
Yes, we offer flexible weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription plans. You can pause, skip, or cancel your flower delivery at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
While we cannot accept returns on live flowers, your satisfaction is our priority. If your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo for a full replacement.
